Billable hours are Draper's unit of usage. Each report costs a certain number of billable hours to run, based on its complexity. Paid plans include a set allocation of billable hours each month, which determines how many reports you're able to generate.
Yes — billable hours work more like a currency and do roll over. On Power and Team plans, unused billable hours can accumulate up to 2× your monthly allocation (e.g. 800 billable hours can bank up to 1,600 total). Top-up hours (100 billable hours) roll over for a maximum of one month.
There's currently no limit on the number of people who can use a single account. Dedicated team accounts will be available soon.
On the Power and Team plans, billable hour top-ups are available for purchase at any time — $30 USD per 100 billable hours — so you can keep running reports without interruption.
