This policy (Privacy Policy) explains how Bardar Pty Ltd T/A Draper AI (ACN 664 482 384) and its related bodies corporate (Draper or Company) seek to protect the personal information of individuals (you).

Draper collects personal information about you so that it can perform its business activities and functions. The main ways we use personal information to achieve these objectives are:

  1. Communication: We may use basic contact, enquiry and feedback in order to communicate with you about enquiries or feedback, interest in the Draper platforms or services and to provide information.
  2. Administration and delivery of services and Draper platforms: Draper will use basic contact information and other organisational information to engage with you in providing the services and Draper platforms. Draper will also use these types of information for administrative purposes.

Generally, Draper will not disclose your personal information to entities located outside of Australia.

As the Draper website is linked to the internet, and the internet is inherently insecure, Draper cannot provide any assurance regarding the security of transmission of information you communicate to us online.
